Babies turn through the pelvis to be born. Our official Spinning Babies® Parent Class includes techniques for you and a partner to do before and during labor. In light of the current health crisis with the recommendations for social distancing, Spinning Babies® Certified and Provisional Parent Educators are now offering Online Guided Spinning Babies® Parent Classes.

Sarah Auna is one of the most experienced doulas and childbirth educators in the Twin Cities. She’s served hundreds of expecting families in the classroom and in their birthing spaces. She had a passion for empowering birthers and their families
