Heidi has supported birthing families as a Doula and Childbirth Educator since 2001. She is passionate about clarifying expecting parents’ understanding of pregnancy and labor to help them have a peaceful birth experience. With the addition of the physical activities offered by the Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class, she enjoys introducing a much-needed mind/body balance to birth preparation. Heidi offers the Parent Class privately at clients’ homes throughout the Middle Tennessee region and with group events in Clarksville and Nashville.
