Ifat is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and teacher trainer. She has been supporting pregnant couples in the past seven years. Teaching about pregnancy and birth is her passion as well as supporting families after birth. Ifat holds support circles and mommy & me classes at her Cooper City center. She is an advocate for natural birth, supports pregnant individuals in labor and loves to teach childbirth education classes.
