I have a decade of experience with pregnancy/postpartum fitness and yoga and after birthing two wonderful little girls, have an ongoing fascination with the pelvic floor. My practice is centered around guiding women through the transformative stages of their body during pregnancy and postpartum. I specialize in movement-based wellness, focusing on pelvic floor balance, labor preparation, and postpartum recovery. Not only do we make space for the baby, we get physically and mentally strong during the process and create a plan for success. I provide comprehensive support and education, aiming to reduce traumatic birth & postpartum experiences. My fun and movement-based approach ensures women feel confident, informed, and prepared for the physical transformations of motherhood.
