Sonia Sampaolo

Sonia started working in the birthing field as a hypnobirthing practitioner in 2010. Pregnant with her third child she started belly dancing in 2012 and dived deeper into physiology and physical aspects of pregnancy and childbirth. Spinning Babies was the logical next step that not only excited her, but captivated her interest. She not only teaches the approach and the techniques in her childbirth classes but also uses them in her work as a doula since she started attending births in 2016. Sonia is providing the Online Guided Parent Class in German at this time.

Sonia bereitet seit 2010 Frauen bzw. Eltern auf die Geburt vor. Angefangen hat sie mit Hypnobirthing, kam Anfang 2012 in der Schwangerschaft mit ihrem dritten Kind zum Bauchtanz und darüber intensiv zu den physischen Aspekten von Schwangerschaft und Geburt. Spinning Babies war die logische Folge und perfekte Ergänzung. Seit 2015 gehören der Ansatz und die Übungen zu ihrem Repertoire, das sie seit 2016 auch als Doula nutzt.
