The Midwifery Education Accreditation Council (MEAC) has awarded 2 Continuing Education Units awarded for Resolving Shoulder Dystocia.

1. Download the post test now. 2011 rsd dvd post test.pdf [Adobe Acrobat PDF - 64.88 KB]  Fill it out after and even during watching the Resolving Shoulder Dystocia DVD.

2. Get the post test back to Gail Tully, by scanning it or mailing it with your full contact information.

Gail Tully will process your post test, store the information about your successful completion, and send documentation to you:

3. You will receive your RSD DVD Certification of Completion in the mail.

The Certification of Completion is the form that you will copy so you have one in your records. When you recertify with MEAC, you will send the original on to MEAC along with all other certification forms and proofs.

"I LOVED your video. It was SO helpful. In my training, I did not receive the understanding of what the shoulders are doing for all the other types of dystocia-ONLY the unilateral, anterior dystocia. So, THANK YOU! What a brilliant, logical way to approach this complication." --M K, CPM

Buy the RSD DVD alone or with the CEU processing fee paid for up front. If you are charged for shipping when you buy the RSD CEU processing alone, you will be refunded as soon as I can get to the computer to do it (a week or less). Sorry, I fight with the PayPal buttons to offer things without shipping fees, but I can't figure it out yet.

Email gail @ Spinning Babies . com with any questions.

RSD DVD Options

If you don't pass the test, you will have another chance to take the test a second time at no further cost.

To pass in one try:  Read the post test first, review the post test as you watch the entire DVD, and take the post test immediately after viewing the DVD.

I suggest you watch the DVD a second time when you are waiting for an upcoming birth (especially if you are new or if you anticipate a possible shoulder dystocia) because your mind will process the information uniquely for that mother.

Then, watch the types and techniques portion of the RSD DVD when you have been at a "sticky shoulder" or a shoulder dystocia to review the variations of shoulder dystocia types.
